Records Can Change
Agency contacts, public interfaces, custody listings, and court information can change without notice. The official Stone County roster does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, a refresh schedule, or a retention period. Confirm a current custody status, a release, a facility address, or a fee with the responsible office before traveling, sending money, or relying on a record.
Mississippi law can also limit what becomes public. Mississippi Code ยง25-1-109 restricts disclosure of certain misdemeanor arrest information before formal charging, subject to statutory exceptions. Not every event will become a public posting. A booking reflects an accusation and custody processing, not a determination of guilt, and the proper court record is needed to verify a later outcome.
No Legal Advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice and no content creates an attorney-client relationship. Charges, warrants, custody, court filing, expunction, and record-access questions can have important consequences. A licensed attorney or the appropriate official office can address a particular situation.
Independent Search Providers
Some pages may contain search tools provided by third parties. Stone County Busted Mugshots does not control the information they return, their prices, their availability, or the way they process submitted information. Review a provider's own terms and privacy statement before using its service.
Links Leave This Site
Links may lead to the official Stone County Tiger Roster, the Stone County Sheriff, the MDOC public-records route, court portals, federal locators, and other public resources. Those sites operate independently. Stone County Busted Mugshots is not responsible for their content, security, accuracy, or availability, and a link does not make their information part of this site.
No Records or Photo Galleries Here
This site does not host a jail roster, booking photos, arrest records, court files, or a mugshot gallery. It directs visitors to the official office or locator that may hold a record. To request or confirm a county booking record or photo, contact the Stone County Sheriff or correctional-facility custodian. For state custody, use MDOC; for court status, use the appropriate clerk or court. An arrest or photo is not evidence of guilt, and every person is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
